Getting the perfect fit for both you and your pet is our top priority. If the size you ordered isn't fitting comfortably, we offer free and easy size exchanges:
Pet Apparel Exchanges
Exchange dog t-shirts, sweaters, and raincoats for a smaller or larger size with zero hassle.
Human Apparel Exchanges
Swap unisex t-shirts, hoodies, and co-ords for your preferred chest and waist fit.
Matching Combo Sets
Need to change only the pet size or only the human size in a combo? You can exchange individual pieces independently.
Zero Exchange Surcharge
Your first size exchange for any eligible order is processed completely free of charge.
2Eligibility & Exchange Window
To qualify for a smooth exchange, please ensure the following conditions are met:
- 7-Day Timeframe: Exchange requests must be initiated within 7 calendar days of doorstep delivery.
- Condition of Items: Products must be unworn, unwashed, pet-fur free, and in their original packaging.
- Tags Attached: All original product tags, size labels, and barcode stickers must remain intact.
- Custom/Personalized Apparel: Custom engraved name tags or custom embroidered apparel are crafted exclusively for you and are non-exchangeable unless defective.
3How to Request an Exchange
Initiating an exchange takes less than 2 minutes through any of our support channels:
Submit Request
Go to Account > Orders or message us on WhatsApp with your Order ID and required size.
Doorstep Pickup
Our courier partner will collect the parcel from your address within 24 to 48 hours.
Fresh Delivery
Your replacement size is dispatched promptly with live tracking updates sent via SMS & WhatsApp.
4Order Cancellation Policy
We process orders swiftly to ensure rapid shipping. Here is how cancellations work:
You can cancel your order free of charge before it leaves our fulfillment facility. For prepaid orders, a 100% refund is initiated immediately to your original payment method.
If your package is already in transit with our logistics partner, please decline delivery when the courier attempts drop-off. Once returned to our warehouse, your refund will be processed promptly.
5Refunds & Reimbursements
When a refund is approved, here is the timeline and method of reimbursement:
- Prepaid Orders (Cards / UPI / NetBanking): Refund is credited directly to the source account within 5–7 business days according to bank processing cycles.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: Refunds are transferred via direct Bank Transfer (NEFT/IMPS) or issued as instant Store Credit based on your preference.
- Store Credit Option: Instant credit to your Hi Doggo account with lifetime validity for future purchases.
6Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
We conduct rigorous quality checks before packing every matching set. In the rare event that you receive a damaged item or incorrect design:
Notify our team within 48 hours of delivery with a quick photo of the issue. We will arrange an expedited free replacement or issue a full refund immediately with zero return pickup charges.
