Shipping & Delivery Policy

Every Hi Doggo order is inspected for quality and carefully packaged before leaving our fulfillment hub.

• Orders placed before 2:00 PM IST on business days (Monday–Saturday) are processed within 24 to 48 hours.
• Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are scheduled for dispatch on the next working day.
• During seasonal festival sales or new collection launches, dispatch may require an additional 24 hours.

We partner with top-tier logistics providers (including Delhivery, BlueDart, and Xpressbees) to ensure speedy delivery across India:

For orders below ₹999, a nominal flat shipping fee of ₹79 is applied at checkout to cover express regional fulfillment.

Once your parcel is handed over to our courier partner, you will automatically receive an SMS, WhatsApp alert, and confirmation email containing:

• Your official courier partner name (e.g. Delhivery, BlueDart).
• Direct AWB tracking number and one-click live tracking URL.
• Estimated date of delivery.

You can also track your active orders anytime inside your Order History dashboard.

If you receive an outer package that appears torn, physically damaged, or tampered with:

1. Please refuse to accept delivery from the courier agent if the security seal is broken.
2. If accepted, take photos/unboxing video of the condition before opening the parcel.
3. Notify our customer support team within 24 hours of delivery so we can immediately arrange a replacement.
